LOTS OF STYLE IN A SMALL SPACE

Piezas heredadas, contemporáneas o low cost conviven magistralmente en este pequeño apartamento en Nueva York. Rodeado de arte y estilo su dueño ha conseguido un espacio cálido y acogedor que me recuerda más una estética europea.

El esteta Tom Delavan, que es a su vez dueño de todo el edificio, eligió para vivir uno de los pequeños pisos de sólo 35 m2.

Admiro las personas que son capaces de crearse su universo de estilo en tan poco espacio.

Inherited, contemporary or low cost pieces live magnificently in this small apartment in New York. Surrounded by art and style its owner has gotten a warm atmosphere that reminds me a European aesthetic.
The esthete Tom Delavan, which is also the whole building owner, chose to live in a small apartment of only 35 m2.

I admire people who are able to create their style universe in such a short space.

DRAMA INSPIRATION

Antes de volver a la cama gracias a un catarrazo que no me tengo en pie, quería desearos un feliz lunes y como no compartir unas imágenes de unos interiores donde la combinación de antiguo y contemporáneo resulta magnífica.

¿Qué me decis de la pared cubierta de musgo seco? Un juego sorprendete que integrar naturaleza y decoración creando una textura insólita.

Before returning to the bed with a horrible cold I would like to wish you a happy Monday and, of course, share some images of beautiful interiors where the combination of ancient and contemporary is superb.
What about the dry moss wall? A fabulous game between nature and decor with an unusual texture as a result.

LA ESCALERA

THE STAIRS

 

 

En este apartamento el mobiliario y los elementos arquitectónicos como la escalera se funden perfectamente: barandilla encastrada en la pared, consola que sirve de peldaño y mesa-ventana realizada en el mismo material que el pavimento. Dejándo mi vértigo aparte esta escalera la encuentro de gran belleza.

¿Quereis echar un vistazo a toda la casa? Studioata firma esta reforma de un piso de 85 m2 en Turín.

In this apartment the furniture and architectural elements such as the stair blend perfectly: rail embedded in the wall, console table that become a step, and table-window made in the same material as the pavement. Leaving aside my vertigo I find this stair of great beauty.

BAJO LA NIEVE

UNDER THE SNOW

Queridos amigos, después de no dar guerra durante muchas semanas ya estoy de vuelta. No quedé sepultada por la nieve, no. Aunque el frío haya sido muy intenso hace semanas (pero breve) esta no ha sido la causa de mi alejamiento bloguero. Sí en cambio mucho trabajo y nuevos proyectos que a partir de ahora me dejarán acercarme a la blogosfera con menos frecuencia de la que quisiera. No dejaré sin embargo de publicar y visitaros.

Espero que vuestras vidas sigan llenas de inspiraciones diarias y propuestas fascinantes. Hola a todos!

Dear friends, after not hearing from me for many weeks I'm back. I was not buried by snow, no. Although the cold was very intense for weeks (but short) this is not the cause of my blog absence. Lot of work and new projects will let me enter in the blogosphere not so often as I want. Do not worry, I'll not stop publishing and visiting your faboulos blogs.

Hola, queridos lectores. Espero que esteis bien.

Perdonad este paréntesis en mi blog del que no anuncié nada y que me tiene apartada desde hace unos cuantos días de la blogosfera. Como comenté anteriormente, el 2012 ha llegado lleno de nuevos proyectos para mí que no he podido retrasar y en los que me estoy sumergiendo por momentos, cada vez más y llena de ilusión. Creedme, hubiera querido publicar mucho antes y visitar vuestras publicaciones, pero no he podido evitar esta ausencia que durará, todavía unas semanas.

STYLE AT HOME

Feliz jueves! Doy por supuesto que habeis sido muuuuyy buenos así que os deseo que los Reyes Magos os traigan esta noche muchas cosas...Y que nuestros hogares, oficinas, estudios, o madrigueras estén llenas de personalidad y estilo. Aquí os dejo una propuesta en femenino: colores pastel, espejito sol, silla Louis (similares y a buen precio aquí) y cómo no, flores!

No olvideis limpiar bien vuestros zapatos, ponerlos bajo el árbol y dejar unas galletitas...
