Me habría gustado poder hacer este viaje un mes antes que es cuando los campos de lavanda están en plena floración en Provenza. Aún así, y ya recogida la cosecha de la flor, en la campiña francesa sigue llegando el perfume con las ráfagas de brisa...
Fachadas de arenisca un tanto decadentes, contraventanas pintadas en tonos pastel y una huella imborrable de pueblos conquistadores, como fue el imperio romano, caracterizan cada villa provenzal.

I would have liked to make this trip a month before that is when the lavender fields are in full bloom in Provence. Even now, when the flower crop is picked, in the French countryside the perfume still bursts as breeze...
