EN MI PARED

ON MY WALL

Después de meses intentando pintar algo decente sin un resultado satisfactorio -supongo que esto tiene algo que ver a cuando me dicen que soy demasiado perfeccionista en ciertos momentos, y que debería dejarme llevar más por lo primero que sienta- cogí la brocha con muy mala idea y empezé a darle al lienzo a diestro y siniestro, hasta que salió esto que veis...

Ahora decora la pared de mi comedor y me gusta cómo el color naranja flúor se refleja en la pared (no prometo que esta obra no vaya a a sufrir todavía una transfromación, jeje).

After months trying to paint something decent without a satisfactory result, -I guess this has something to do with when my boyfriend says me that I should let go myself by the first feeling and not to be so perfectionist) - I waved the brush on the left and right side on the canvas... 

Now the picture is decorating my dining room wall, and I like how the fluor orange is reflected in the wall (do not promise that this work will not suffer even an alteration, hehe).

EL GRAN DIA - Parte II: El Sitio

THE GREAT DAY - Part II: The Location

Aquí estoy con la segunda parte de la celebración de la boda de mi hermana, Hoy os hablo del lugar donde se festejó y nos alojamos familia y amigos más íntimos. Relais Ca' Muse, en la provincia de Vicenza, fue el sitio elegido y nuestro hogar (solamente estábamos nosotros como huéspedes) durante aquel fin de semana.

Ca'Muse fue antiguamente una granja por lo que su arquitectura es rural mezclada con una rehabilitación totalmente contemporánea. A todo esto le acompaña la vista de los jardines y los campos de girasoles en medio de la campiña. Los dormitorios son todos diferentes y el edificio cuenta con numerosas salas de estar, ocio y lectura. El mismo huésped puede escuchar la música que desee en cualquiera de los salones, y el servicio es totalmente personal.

El arquitecto Flavio Albanese se ocupó de la rehabilitación y decoración en la que no faltan numerosas obras de arte de prestigiosos artistas como Marina Abramović, entre otros, por lo que la estancia se disfruta el doble! Recomiendo leer más sobre el sitio aquí.

Os aseguro que fue un sueño "vivir" aquí durante tres días.

If last week I posted about the my sister's wedding celebration,  today I speak about the location where we celebrated and stayed the family and closest friends. Relais Ca' Muse, in the province Vicenza, was the chosen place and our home (we were the only guests) during that weekend.
Ca' Muse was formerly a farm so its architecture is rural and mixed with a contemporary rehabilitation. The gardens and landscapes of sunflowers fields in the middle of the countryside make it a very special location for relaxing. The bedrooms are all different and the building has numerous lounges, entertainment and reading rooms. The guest can chose the music to hear, and the care service is absolutely personal.
The architect Flavio Albanese was the author of the rehabilitation and decoration. The rooms are full of artworks from renowned artists, such as Marina Abramovic, among others, so the enjoying is twice as much! I recommend reading more about the site here.
 

I assure that it was a dream to "live" here for three days.

THE GREAT DAY - Part I: The Celebration

Y el gran día llegó! Ya os contaba la semana pasada que mi hermana gemela se casaba así que después de varios días de muchas emociones estoy aquí para compartir algunas de las fotos (ha sido difícil hacer la selección) de un fin de semana muy intenso en el Veneto, Italia. Un grupo reducido de familia y amigos más íntimos han hecho realidad una celebración maravillosa donde la cultura española e italiana (mi ahora "cognatino" es italiano) han conectado a la perfección.

Desde que nos levantamos ese día no paramos de poner a punto los últimos preparativos. Creedme que, aunque parezca una frase hecha, TODO salió PERFECTO...

No os parece que los novios están maravillosos? Ella lleva vestido de Leila Hafzi, zapatos de René Caovilla y peinado de Marcohairdesign (Marco nos peinó también a las invitadas). El traje del novio es de Mauro Grifoni.

The great day arrived! Last week I posted that my twin sister was getting married so after several days of many emotions I'm here to share some photos of a very intense weekend in the Veneto, Italy. A small group of family and close friends have done possible a wonderful celebration where Spanish and Italian culture connected perfectly.
Since we got up that day we did not stop to put in place the final preparations. Believe me that, although it seems a cliché, EVERYTHING got PERFECT...
 
Don't you think that the couple are gorgeous? She wears Leila Hafzi dress, Réne Caovilla shoes and hairstyle by Marcohairdesign (Marco also combed the guest women). He wears Mauro Grifoni suit.

ALGO QUE CELEBRAR

SOMETHING TO CELEBRATE

Parece que esta es una semana de celebraciones! Dos de mis bloqueras favoritas (Ada y Dawn) cumplen años. Felicidades chicas! En mi caso también tengo algo que celebrar aunque por las imágenes podreis adivinar que no se trata de un cumpleaños.

Mañana se casa mi hermana gemela así que estoy de lo más nerviosa a la vez que feliz. Un círculo reducido de invitados harán una celebración muy familiar y disfrutaremos durante tres días lo que auguro será un especial y maravilloso fin de semana.

Estaré de vuelta el lunes con más cositas. Feliz fin de semana a todos!

Seems that this is a week of celebrations! Two of my favorite bloggers (Ada and Dawn) have birthday. Congratulations girls! Well, I have also something to celebrate and by the images you can guess that this is not my birthday.
Tomorrow my twin sister will get married so I'm so excited for it. I'm sure that will be a special and wonderful weekend with a very familiar celebration.

Buscando en mi archivo de fotos escaneadas me he detenido en estas imágenes de un interior bañado por la luz, decorado en un color muy optimista. En este espacio de fondo blanco la fuerza reside en el verde brillante de los tejido.

Perfecta inspiración para un día de verano como hoy donde el sol brilla sin tregua. Feliz miércoles.

Looking at my scanned images file I came across these images of an interior bathed by clean light, decorated in a very optimistic color. In this white space force is in the bright green of the fabrics.
